W. Stovall Witte III is a junior class cadet at The Citadel: The Military College of South Carolina. Witte is active in Young America's Foundation's programs, having helped organize The Citadel's 9/11: Never Forget Project, as well as bringing a conservative speaker to campus and attending the Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington, D.C.
