Eleanor Vaughan is a junior fellow with the Independent Women's Forum. Originally from Toronto, she holds a B.A. with First Class Honors in political science from McGill University. Eleanor has been active in politics, both on and off campus, and was a visiting student at the University of Nottingham. She is currently pursuing a M.A. in political science at Columbia University where her research focuses on the construction of international environmental regimes.
